Academic Passes 25/26

Central Connect are pleased to offer a range of great value scholar passes for the 2025/2026 academic year, complimenting our existing season ticket range. Scholar passes are only available for those Under-19. We don't offer student discounts for those aged 19 or over unfortunately*.

Note: all term and academic year passes are available via mobile only using the myTrip app by Passenger. Passes are on sale until Friday 20th September.

Autumn Term

Our Autumn Term passes are valid for unlimited travel on all applicable services from 1st September 2025 until Christmas Eve. This includes over the weekends and the October half term. 

Spring & Summer Term Passes

We'll be offering these in at Christmas and Easter respectively covering the latter school terms.

Academic Year

Our Academic Year passes are valid for unlimited travel on all applicable services from 1st September 2025 right through until 31st July 2026 including weekends and holidays, giving 11 months of travel across our services.

East Midlands

Novus Leicester

Autumn Term: £175 

Valid on Novus Direct journeys including those extended to/from Brockington College in Enderby.

Nottinghamshire Network

Autumn Term: £220 / Academic Year: £620

Valid on Services 90, 92, 93 & 86 across our Nottingham > Bingham > Newark/Gramtham network.

Ideal for journeys to Grantham Schools, Priory Belvoir in Bottesford, Newark Schools including Suthers in Fernwood, Toot Hill in Bingham and Nottingham Schools.

Peterborough City

Autumn Term: £155 / Academic Year: £375

Valid on Services 23, 24 & 25 within Peterborough City only.

Ideal for those travelling to the Nene Academy in Orton Mere.

Essex (& Thurrock)

Epping Forest Zone

Autumn Term: £180 / Academic Year: £499

Valid across all Central Connect services within our Epping Forest Zone covering Epping, Epping Green, Thornwood, North Weald, Upshire Village, Coopersale, Theydon Bois, Abridge, Debden and Loughton. Note this ticket is not valid for journeys to/from Harlow, Ongar or Waltham Abbey. 

Ideal for those attending Epping St Johns or Debden College.

Harlow Town Zone

Autumn Term: £180 / Academic Year: £499

Valid across all Central Connect services within our Harlow Town Zone which includes Roydon and Hastingwood Roundabout.

Ideal for those attending Harlow College* or schools within Harlow Town.

North West Essex Zone

Autumn Term: £220 / Academic Year: £620

Valid across all Central Connect services within our North West Essex Zone covering Epping, Epping Green, Thornwood, North Weald, Upshire Village, Coopersale, Theydon Bois, Abridge, Debden, Loughton, Nazeing, Harlow, Ongar, Waltham Abbey and Waltham Cross. Journeys are also valid on Service 25 to/from Hoddesdon and Broxbourne. 

Ideal for those attending Epping St Johns, Debden College, King Harold School, Harlow Schools or Harlow College*

Service 306

Autumn Term: £350 / Academic Year: £899

Valid on Service 306 only into the Bishop's Stortford Schools

Ideal for those attending St Marys, Bishop's Stortford High School, Anglo-European College or Birchwood High School.

Service 375

Autumn Term: £155 / Academic Year: £375

Valid on Service 375 in Thurrock only.

Ideal for those attending St Cleres School, Gateway Academy or Palmers College.

Hertfordshire

East Hertfordshire Zone

Autumn Term: £220 / Academic Year: £620

Valid across all Central Connect services in Hertfordshire covering our network between Stevenage, Hertford and Bishop's Stortford. Travel is also valid on Service 25 between Broxbourne, Hoddesdon, Rye Park & Harlow. 

Ideal for those travelling to Bishop's Stortford Schools, Hitchin Girls School, Stevenage Schools, Richard Hale School or Hertford Regional College (Ware Campus & Broxbourne Campus).
