Chelmsford Park & Ride Christmas Eve service

On Christmas Eve, Chelmsford Park and Ride routes 701 and 702 will be operating to a Saturday timetable. However, following analysis of historic travel patterns, additional journeys will run on route 701 from Sandon Park and Ride at 06:30 and 06:50.

Passengers wishing to travel from Chelmer Valley Park and Ride to Chelmsford City Centre between 06:30 and 07:00 on Christmas Eve are entitled to take a taxi, retain a receipt, and reclaim the cost of this via our Passenger Promise scheme.

Passengers wishing to return from Chelmsford City Centre to Chelmer Valley Park and Ride between 20:05 and 21:05, or to Sandon Park and Ride between 19:00 and 19:30, are entitled to take a taxi, retain a receipt, and reclaim the cost of this via our Passenger Promise scheme.
