East Midlands - Network Changes January 2025

From Monday 6th January we're making some changes to our East Midlands networks. A summary of these changes is shown below:

LCC2 - Bottesford > Melton Mowbray

We're delighted to be operating Service LCC2 on behalf of Leicestershire County Council. LCC2 will operate at peak times only Monday-Saturday and partially replace Service 23 which is being withdrawn.

2X (2N) - Leicester > Loughborough

A revised timetable is introduced on all days following changes to our Novus Network in Leicester:

• On weekdays, the 1840 & 2040 journeys from Leicester are retimed to operate 5 minutes later throughout. The 2200 from Leicester is withdrawn.
• On Saturdays journeys from Loughborough will now run at 0645 and 0800 with returns from Leicester at 2000 and 2355 (2N journey - does not serve Quorn).
• On Sundays the 0812 from Loughborough and 1800 from Leicester are withdrawn.

Novus Leicester

Following a review of our Novus Leicester network we're making some significant changes which will see enhancements to Novus Direct however Novus Fosse will be withdrawn. You can find further information on these changes by clicking here.

Fare Changes

Following the end of the £2 fare cap scheme, there will be changes to our fares across our network. Single fares will now be capped at £3. Novus Leicester will also see some Day and season ticket price changes.
