flexibus+
Central Connect operate flexibus+ in partnership with Norfolk County Council. We provide an accessible, convenient demand responsive transport service, connecting parts of rural West Norfolk to the town of Swaffham.

flexibus+ Fares
When you travel with flexibus+, you pay the driver as you get on the bus. We accept cash (change given - but it helps us if you have the exact money) and contactless payment cards (except for American Express). You can't pay in advance at the time of booking.
Booking flexibus+
As flexibus+ primarily works on a demand responsive basis, passengers are required to prebook their journeys. Details of journey availability is shown below.
To make a booking please download the Vectare DRT app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. You can also book by calling our team on 01760 305 022 between 06:00 and 19:00, on Mondays to Saturdays.

Service F1
The f1 operates on Monday-Friday mornings only allowing journeys from any of the listed villages in the flexibus+ area to Swaffham Market Place. Journeys on the f1 can only be made between 0700 and 0745. In Swaffham the bus connects with the First Excel service for onward journeys towards Dereham, Norwich or Kings Lynn.
Service F2
The f2 operates between 0930 and 1430 and then between 1600 and 1900 Monday to Friday as well between 0700 and 1900 on Saturdays allowing journeys from any village in the flexibus+ area to either Swaffham or any other flexibus+ village. Please note local journeys wholly within Swaffham town are not permitted.
Service F3
The F3 is an ordinary bus service which operates a limited weekday timetable between Barton Bendish and Swaffham via Beachamwell, Drymere and the Nicholas Hamond Academy. You don't need to prebook journeys on the F3, just wait at one of the stops served and put your hand out when you see the bus approaching. The F3 runs every weekday (except Bank Holidays), including during school holidays.
Please be advised that our Passenger Promise scheme does cover our Flexibus+ DRT service, but only if you have a confirmed booking for the service which subsequently gets cancelled for operational reasons. If you are unable to make a booking because the service is fully booked at the time that you wish to travel, you are not able to reclaim alternative transport costs via Passenger Promise.
